Memories,
Sharp as glass
Pass before my eyes.
Sit, Sift, Let go.
Let it go,
Release them into
the universe.
No longer a part of me.
They leave me, these memories.
Painful and jagged.
Old memories,
Old hurts,
Replaced now by new ones.
Better ones.
Breathing, Reflecting, Searching.
No more running.
